Unicentral... It's More than University Accommodation
Make friends with 350 University students from all over the world while staying at UniCentral's Sunshine Coast student accommodation. Each semester approximately 100 International University students share UniCentral’s facilities with 250 students from various parts of Australia.
All student accommodation comes in the form of 4 share apartments and have been designed specifically for student’s privacy, comfort and security. Each apartment accommodates 4 students, with their own private bedroom and ensuite bathroom (private shower, toilet and wash basin).
All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a study desk and chair, a private telephone, and high speed broadband internet facilities. Study in your bedroom via a free broadband intranet link between UniCentral and the University of the Sunshine Coasts Library’s Resources.
A special keying system allows you to lock your bedroom and bathroom separately from the shared lounge, dining room, kitchen, patio/courtyard and laundry facilities.
All kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, stove cook top, oven and microwave oven and enough cooking equipment (pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and cook ware to prepare your own meals.
The laundry facilities include a washing machine and clothes dryer – and it’s free. The lounge, dining room, balcony and courtyards and fully furnished – most lounge rooms include a 51 cm flat screen colour t.v.
Step outside and enjoy the night lite tennis/basket ball court – or relax at the recreation pavilion - overlooking the 25 metre 6 lane lap pool, you would never think this is University Accommodation! The Recreation Pavilion games room - features, table tennis, pool tables, Cable T.V., DVD, C.D., and offerings from coffee and food vending machines. Or cook up a bbq in Unicentral landscaped gardens.
When it’s time to go to Uni – step outside UniCentrals grounds directly onto the University of the Sunshine Coast's grounds – walk 5 minutes .. along the well lite footpath to class.
